DRAFT FOR LEGAL. Effective August 28, 2026. These terms govern use of Say Their Name and the Zoom app of the same name. The company on this page is Graybeard LLC DBA Graybeard Labs.

The product

Say Their Name is a Zoom app and related studio operated by Graybeard LLC DBA Graybeard Labs. You host the meeting. One hosted seat may join. Twins you configure may speak in the room. Recaps, when offered, are a byproduct — not a separate paid notes plan on this site.

Access

Access is granted. This site does not create an account when you request access. You must have authority to install the app on the Zoom account you use.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the product to impersonate a living person by cloning their voice.
• Do not use the product to harass, defraud, or break the law.
• Do not attempt to access another operator’s studio or meeting records.

Voices

Voices are unique pieces from a parody and catalog set. We do not clone living people. You are responsible for how you present a twin in a meeting you host.

Zoom

Zoom’s terms also apply to your Zoom account and meetings. Removing the app from the Zoom Marketplace stops the seat from joining new meetings. Data we still hold, including data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion, and a request to stop processing), is covered by the privacy policy.

Disclaimer

The product is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted join, perfect recognition of a name, or that a recap will be offered on every meeting.
