What we collect
We collect:
- Zoom user ids + OAuth tokens
- meeting metadata to join
- RTMS audio/transcript while authorized
- spoken Hey + advisor reply
- support email
Zoom user ids and OAuth tokens are required to install the app and join the hosted seat. Meeting metadata is used only to join. RTMS audio and transcript are processed only while the app is authorized on that account. Spoken Hey and the advisor reply are the wake and the twin’s answer in the room. Support email is what you send to chris@gograybeard.com.

How long we retain it

Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, and a request to stop processing via chris@gograybeard.com.
- Access. Ask whether we process your personal information and receive a copy of it.
- Correction. Ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Stop processing. Email chris@gograybeard.com and ask us to stop processing your personal information. We will stop unless a limited legal duty requires a copy.
Write chris@gograybeard.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within thirty days, or sooner if the law requires.
How to deauthorize
Zoom Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps → Remove Say Their Name.
Removal stops the hosted seat from joining new meetings on that account. Email chris@gograybeard.com if you also want data we still hold deleted. See docs.

Security
We use access control, encrypted transport, and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you use the product from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States and in the countries where our processors operate.
Changes
