Hours and first response

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• First response: within one business day of a complete request.
• Channel: email. There is no phone line and no live chat.

Open a support case

Email chris@gograybeard.com with the Zoom account email, a short description, and the time of the meeting if it is a room issue. That message is the support case. You can also book time on Christopher’s calendar.

Add the app

Access is granted, not self-serve. Request it on the request access page or book a meeting. When you are approved you receive a Zoom authorization link. Sign in to the Zoom account that will host, approve the app, and keep that account signed in for meetings you want the seat to join. If authorization fails, confirm you are an admin or owner on that Zoom account and write support with the exact error.

Use the app

• You host the Zoom meeting on the authorized account.
• One hosted seat joins. You do not run a second client.
• Speak Hey and the twin’s name. They answer in the room, in their voice.
• Open Twin Studio in the browser to create or tune a twin — prompt, voice, wake phrase — without a deploy. The current ship is curated create.
• Live mint (say a name that is not yet a twin) and the automatic meeting recap are next. They are not in the room today.

Remove the app

1. Sign in to Zoom and open the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Go to Manage → Added Apps, or search for Say Their Name.
3. Open Say Their Name and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops the hosted seat from joining new meetings on that account. Twin Studio settings and meeting records we still hold are not erased by Zoom removal. Email chris@gograybeard.com if you also want that data deleted. See the privacy policy.

Common questions

• Does this clone living people? No. Voices are unique pieces from a parody and catalog set.
• Is there a login on this site? No. This site is the public product page, privacy, and support. Access to the Zoom app and Twin Studio is granted after you write us or book a meeting.
• Where are pricing and plans? There is no public price list. Ask when you request access.
• Will I get automatic notes today? No. People in the room can sign up to see the recap. The automatic pipeline is next. The product is the person in the room.
