Hours and first response

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• First response: within one business day of a complete request.
• Channel: email. There is no phone line and no live chat.

Open a support case

Email chris@gograybeard.com with the Zoom account email, a short description, and the time of the meeting if it is a room issue. That message is the support case. You can also book time on Christopher’s calendar.

Add the app

Open Connect Zoom and authorize Production. If you already have a Zoom session you can integrate from that page. If you do not, Zoom login happens on the authorize click. There is no Say Their Name password login for the Zoom path. After the host authorizes Production, a seat named Legends joins meetings that host starts. If authorization fails, confirm you are an admin or owner on that Zoom account and write support with the exact error.

Use the app

• After the host authorizes Production, a seat named Legends joins meetings that host starts.
• You host the Zoom. One hosted seat named Legends joins. You do not run a second client.
• Speak Hey and the legend’s name. They answer in the room, in their voice.
• Open Legend Studio to create or tune a legend — prompt, voice, wake phrase — without a deploy. Current legends: Peter, Jobs, Collins, Niccolo, Sun Tzu. The current ship is curated create.
• Live mint (say a name that is not yet a legend) and the automatic meeting recap are next. They are not in the room today.

Remove the app

1. Sign in to Zoom and open the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Go to Manage → Added Apps, or search for Say Their Name.
3. Open Say Their Name and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops the hosted seat from joining new meetings on that account. Legend Studio settings and meeting records we still hold are not erased by Zoom removal. Email chris@gograybeard.com if you also want that data deleted. See the privacy policy.

Common questions

• Does this use a living person’s voice? No. Voices are catalog and parody synthetics.
• Is there a login on this site? No product login is required for the Zoom path. Authorize from /zoom. Legend Studio login is optional if you want to tune a legend.
• Where are pricing and plans? There is no public price list. Ask when you request access.
• Will I get automatic notes today? No. The recap is the host’s artifact — the legend argument, not a transcript. The automatic pipeline is next. The product is the person in the room.
